Courtney graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2004, where she was a competing member of Trial Team and became a Certified Mediator.
She has been a member of the Rhode Island Bar for over a decade. During this time, she has gained significant experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability.
Courtney resides in Barrington, Rhode Island with her husband and two sons. She is a member of the Barrington Neighbors & Newcomers, of which she is a past president. She is currently vice president of the PTO at her son’s school and a leadership volunteer for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, Rhode Island Chapter.
